2. Booking and Reservation Policy

• Reservations are subject to availability and can be made through our website, via email, telephone, or through authorized third-party booking platforms.
• A valid credit/debit card or advance payment may be required to secure your reservation.
• The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.
• Check-in time is typically from 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is until 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund minus any transaction fees.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date may be charged one night's accommodation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking.
• Special event dates and peak season bookings may have different cancellation policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply:

• All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and cash (for in-person payments).
• For certain bookings, a deposit may be required at the time of reservation.
• Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled upon check-out.

5. Hotel Rules and Regulations

During your stay at our hotel, you agree to:

• Respect other guests and refrain from causing disturbance or nuisance.
• Adhere to the non-smoking policy in designated areas.
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the hotel premises.
• Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during your stay.
• Comply with reasonable directives issued by hotel management and staff.
• Present valid identification at the time of check-in.

6. Liability

Regarding liability:

• The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by guests except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Hotel.
• The Hotel shall not be responsible for the loss of any valuables or personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or public areas.
• Guests are advised to use in-room safes or hotel lockers for valuables.
• The Hotel's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

7. Force Majeure

The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, war, epidemic, pandemic, or other force majeure events.
