At Hotel Ladakh Indus River Front, we understand that plans can change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and modifications to your bookings. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the following policy.

1. Room Booking Cancellation Policy

Standard Season (October to April)

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in date: 70% refund
  • Cancellations made 48 hours to 2 days before check-in date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in date: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund; full booking amount will be charged

Peak Season (May to September)

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check-in date: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in date: 70% refund
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in date: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund; full booking amount will be charged

Special Events & Holidays

For bookings during special events, festivals, or national holidays:

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in date: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • Cancellations made 15-29 days before check-in date: 70% refund
  • Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in date: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in date: No refund
  • No-shows: No refund; full booking amount will be charged

Note: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the same platform used for booking. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
